Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI certainly did not want any loss of money or time to come to the business or the people involved in itThe reason I pursued it was that it was implied that I had done something wrongI apologized in the very beginning because I felt awful that it had happened, but the whole situation could have been avoided had they just let me know in the beginningI accept their apology
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I had no obligation to help retrieve the garbage
dumpster as implied in this responseI was inconvenienced by having the
dumpster on my drivewayI would have
just agreed that everything was a misunderstanding if I was
given an apology, but it is truly infuriating to see a letter
full of untruthsI am including photos
of the scrapped dumpster, the KSS dumpster, the location, and the marks left by
the dumpster so that my true story can be validatedKuhn's claimed that the dumpster
was not rusted, but rust is clearly
visibleThe bottom was completely rotten through on one side (not visible),
the color was different, and there was no identification on the dumpsterOne can clearly see in the comparison photos that only the KSS dumpster looks owned and maintained
The only reason I said, "I guess I will see
you in court," is because *** (of Kuhn's) stated that she would need to
contact her lawyer and that they would need to be
reimbursedWhat I said wasn't a threat, it was a response to oneI
wasn't sure what else to say at that point because I was completely
flabbergasted at the entire situation.
I also don't understand why Mr***'s
response would be included, as I was only
polite on the phone and at no time cursed or acted untowardlyMr*** is not an acquaintance of mine, I only stuck up for him because we were both being bullied by Kuhns SanitationI have
reason to believe that Mr***'s
relative's response was escalated due to
the harassment he had gone throughI
hardly believe that a phone call about "good news" would have occurred,
and am rather guessing that it was an attempt to gain reimbursementAs stated
in Kuhns's letter, the dumpster was retrieved and paid for by KuhnsThat's
because I did nothing wrong, which is also why no police report was filedThe ironic thing is that I would
have never given away their dumpster had they had the common decency to ask to
put it on my drivewayI would have shown them a different location in which to
put it that would have been out of sight and not so trashy lookingI'm easy to
get along with and quite compassionateI would never do anything out of
maliciousness, but I'm also not going to be bullied by a company who thinks
that it's ok to just leave their property
anywhere they like and then lie about the whole story. Their Revdex.com response
is the first time I’d heard about a family emergencyI was given no explanation to
why the dumpster was left on my driveway; I was only told
that they had moved it off of someone’s private property and onto mine because
it borders National ForestCoincidently, leaving it in the National Forest is
also the wrong answerI’d think that would be even worse than leaving it on my
driveway, which was absolutely the case
Sincerely,
*** ***
Trash was to be put out by 7:00, we feel she did not do this so trash pick up was missed
