This business has serviced three pieces of equipment for me over the past three years One of these, a *** *** tractor mower, had to go back last year because the service mechanic had failed to reconnect the charging circuit In December 2013, they again serviced the three items Last week, I found the mower deck would not engage on the *** *** It is currently back in the shop to correct what should have been done properly in December I am currently searching for a reputable mower service in Culpeper, if such exists
Review: Please understand Kubota of Culper is not the center of the complant, but as they are the [redacted] dealer in my area, my complant starts there; My [redacted] has been in their service dept for over 3 weeks waiting basic service parts (Filters etc). As my engine is made by [redacted] I am told by the owner there is a dispute between [redacted] and [redacted] and threfor can not obtain basic service parts from [redacted] and must order from third parties to obtain them inorder to comopletye my service. I have over four achres of grass that is over grown and as a consumer I feel cought in a catch- twenty two as it is a [redacted] tractor, and I should be able to obtain normal services required to keep it functioning a [redacted] dealer in reasonable timer, a month for an oil change is not statifactory in my mind.Desired Settlement: Have [redacted] provide the required parts and Kubota of Culperper (the [redacted] dealer ) finish the basic service as agreed

Kubota of Culpeper is owned by [redacted]. [redacted], Va. I would like to apologize for the delay in servicing your tractor. It is our intent to provide timely quality service. I will try to provide you with some background information to help explain the situation.
We have be a [redacted] dealer in Fredericksburg for many years and became a dealer at the Culpeper location is 2013. [redacted] expanded into the compact diesel tractor business in 2003 by purchasing [redacted] tractors and branding them with the [redacted] name. In an attempt to provide quality service they created a separate contract for these products. [redacted] sold these tractors for about seven years through their [redacted] dealers. [redacted] of Culpeper was a [redacted] dealer. [redacted]. was not a dealer for these tractors. [redacted] and [redacted] did not renew their contract in 2010 discontinuing their relationship. This break in their relationship left many dealers and consumers in a difficult situation. Dealers needed to sign a new contract directly with [redacted]. Many dealers did not sign a new contract with [redacted], including [redacted] of Culpeper. [redacted] dealers can no longer purchase parts for [redacted] tractors effective in 2010. Kubota of Culpeper (owned by [redacted]) became a [redacted] dealer in 2013 and does not have a [redacted] contract. We have to purchase parts through a [redacted] dealer. We have not found a [redacted] dealer that stocks any significant amount of parts; they need to order even the general service parts. Delivery times have been both long and unpredictable. It has been very difficult to obtain parts and our ability to service these tractors has been negatively affected.
Your tractor has been serviced and returned to your on September 7,2013. I would like to again apologize to you for the delays you experienced.
