we are no longer in business as of 11/1/2015 the stan schlueter address you have is a new owner and a new business. it is not affiliated with ours. they purchased our inventory and fb page.  as far as this complaint I tried to resolve with mrs. [redacted] and was unsuccessful she sent me an email...

after she filled the complaint asking me to come redo the sign in which case I did not reply because like I state I have tried to resolve this with her and she refused. The first reponse to her complaint on facebook was to let me come by and resolve the issue the next day and her response was no there was no reason for me to come by.  so as far as her bill it is voided and as far as us doing any more work we are no longer in business as per her statements on our facebook we shouldn't be in business! Of all the years we where in business we had complaints from 2 of the many customers we had to include her but thanks to people like her I gladly sold my equipment and not longer wish to do what I and my family loved doing.  amanda valentine.
