BE AWARE OF THE LITTLE ORANGE TRAILER!

What happened to these operators waiting at your reserved time to pick you up?

We had a really bad experience both going to and coming home from the Port of Miami. On Friday KSA Tours was supposed to pick us up in Fort Lauderdale at Noon. We finally got in touch with the driver about 12:30 and they were nowhere near our pickup location. They finally showed up about 90 minutes late and we started our ride to the Port of Miami. The driver was very nice but he was a very aggressive driver, especially with that little orange trailer in the back.

So now lets talk about our return trip home from the Port of Miami. We were supposed to be picked up between 7:30-8:00 in the morning. They asked us to call when we were all outside and ready. I was thinking they would have the driver there waiting and he was just going to pull around when we called. WRONG AGAIN!

Every time a KSA Tours bus came by the guy told us “oh that’s a different tour your guy is on his way".

So in the end the driver first left Fort Lauderdale when we called that we were outside. We had to stand outside for over an hour waiting for another drive to show up.
I DO NOT recommend using KSA Tours EVER AGAIN and if I ever go back to the port this company will not be used. STAY AWAY! Find someone who will actually have a driver there waiting to pick up their customers at the time they are ready.
