It's the worst APP that I've seem, the biometric systems is terrorific, we need a TV studio (or a Hollywood studio) to the systems reconigze you, and of course, a Makeup assistant, and I was alone in my sunny flat...sorry Kryterion for my mistake.
You can create the biometric profile easyly, the test of the machine used was OK, but when you start the exam begin the problems, the system not recognized you and is blocked, the chats with the "Suport"? (10 chats) and they cannot to resolver the issue, very frustrating for me.
A very unprofessional system and very unprofessional suport crew too.
Did this get resolved? I am having a similar problem. I was supposed to take the test on July 15 2021. I actually purchased a new laptop and then exchanged it due to recommendations by Kryterion tech support. I also went to a friend's house with a desktop and webcam. After many, many hours of firewall, anti-virus, background apps, cookies/cache, Firefox or Google (both were recommended) etc. I was referred to a specialist on July 25 2021. Tech support requested a zip file of my exam launch (I learned how to do that) to give to the specialist. I have not heard back from them. I talk with tech support to get an update and they tell me the specialist is working on it. Tomorrow will be a month that I have been trying to take my exam. I am stuck.

Dear Dispute Resolution Consultant
In response to your letter dated January 4, regarding the complaint filed by Mr*** *** Mr*** alleges issues with the exam composition, passing score determination, retake policy and refunds for exams he completed in December of 2015. The items listed in his complaint are related to the development and management of the exam which is solely determined by Kryterion client and not Kryterion itself. Kryterion would like to explain the nature of our business as it directly relates to the complaint filed by Mr*** and the desired settlement he has detailed therein. We would also like to clarify these issues on behalf of our client as wellKryterion is an exam management and delivery solutions provider whose software-as-a-service platform enables its clients to develop, manage, and deliver their own exams directly to their testing candidates worldwide. Using our self-service platform, Kryterion’s clients develop their exams by writing of questions, marking the correct answers, determining which of their questions will reside on their test forms, how many questions will be contained on each test form, and what the passing score will be on each exam. These exams are then delivered through Kryterion’s delivery engine which automatically scores the candidate’s exam based on the answer key the client sets up. Exam results are provided to the candidate on screen and via email through our platform following exam submission.
Kryterion client’s create their exam questions, their test forms and set up their exam parameters on our platform as well including, price, exam availability, exam retake policies and exam delivery options. Exam retake policies determine the amount of time a candidate must wait between registrations after failing an exam attempt, whether they will need to pay for a retake and what questions are administered on a retake. A retake policy of days in intended to prohibit immediate registration and sitting for a retake of the exam. This is designed to limit the potential memorization of test questions from the prior attempt which can have beneficial effects on overall candidate performance during the retake. This practice may also have adverse effects on the test sponsor, Kryterion’s client, as the costs associated with question writing, question exposure and maintaining the quality and integrity of the exam can be quite high.
It is a standard industry practice to delay a retake of a certification exam for a period of time, usually 30-days.
Mr*** also contends that a passing result on a practice exam is somehow related to the result one might receive on the actual certification exam which is not accurate. A practice exam is designed to demonstrate the flow of the exam and to provide the candidate with practical experience showing how questions will be presented, how they are structured and how scoring will be reported. As such, a practice exam is an unproctored, on-demand exam delivered via the internet anywhere the test candidate has internet access. Because no one is watching the candidate test, the candidate can access books, notes, social media, friends, and other resources to determine answers to the questions on this type of exam therefore scores on practices exams are not a clear indication of performance on the actual certification exam. Additionally, the number of questions typically contained on a practice exam is dramatically less than that of an actual certification exam since the exam is not trying to ascertain a minimum competency level but simply providing a demonstration of the exam experience and sample questions. The practice exam Mr*** refers to was delivered in this mannerProctored exam delivery is for high-stakes testing and requires the candidate to select a Kryterion testing center, testing date and time. The candidate is required to provide two forms of ID at the testing center for verification purposes. The exam is delivered via the internet through the Webassessor platform and is monitored by proctors of the testing center. Webassessor automatically scores the exam based on the item value count of correct answers compared to the set cut score on the test form and provides the client’s customized results notification to the candidate both on screen at the testing center and via email. The certification exam Mr*** refers to is delivered in this manner.
The questions contained on the actual Certification exam, would not, under any circumstances, be the same questions as the Practice exam. The intent of a Certification exam is to establish proficiency with regard specific subject areas pertaining to job/role and/or tasks. A minimum competency level is established prior to exam delivery which results in a cut score. A cut score is essentially how many points or what percent of questions need to be answered correctly in order to reliably demonstrate candidate proficiency of the subject areas covered by the exam. The cut score is used to determine which candidates demonstrate proficiency in those subject areas and which fall below. Having prior knowledge of actual exam questions would unfairly skew the exam results in favor of candidates who had taken the Practice exam which is why the same items are not used on both Practice and Certification examsBased on the facts we provided above, we have established that the practices utilized by Kryterion’s client in the development and delivery of its exams are in accordance with widely accepted industry standards for exam development and delivery and that these practices are in no way an attempt for Kryterion Incor our client to generate additional revenue. Additionally, Mr*** request to receive a copy of his exam, with correct answers marked, jeopardizes our client’s right to maintain the confidentiality of its items and exams. The exposure of these items to Mr*** and the untold number of individuals he requested to send them to, risks the validity of exam scores for the client’s entire candidate pool moving forward since actual exam items are highly sought-after and would provide candidates in possession of these items an unfair advantage on their examLastly, Mr*** paid $for the Practice exam and $for the Certified exam both of which he completed by his own admission. Our client was made aware of Mr*** complaint on December 3, by a staff member at Kryterion Inc. At which time the client contacted Mr*** directly, and in a gesture of good customer service, issued a refund of $($for the Practice exam and $for the Certification exam) to Mr*** on December 3, 2015. The client also allowed Mr*** to schedule a retake exam without having to wait the standard days. Our client communicated their intent directly to Mr*** via email and this issue was resolved completely prior to Mr*** filing this complaintBased on all the information contained above Kryterion believes this matter to be resolved and in line with Mr*** desired settlement; excluding the receipt of the actual exam questions and answer key which would be detrimental Kryterion’s client and therefore an unfair requestAll my best,
