Mr ***, I installed a A/C & furnace at Christine ***'s house in August of 2015.This system comes with a year labor warranty that year has already passed.She also states in her complaint that this was the first
time she used the heatUntrue, this system has already been in for over year and has been used all of last winter. The main reason I refuse to go there is she called me on a weekend while I was on vacation and asked me to go to her place of employment because there A/C system was not working.I came back from my vacation to look at the A/C system,repaired it, and then got stiffed on over a $billI contacted her on three occasions about getting paid.She told me each time that it would be taken care of and as of this date I still have'nt gotten paid.Until this bill is taken care of I refuse to work on any of her equipment Sincerely, Louis *** owner ***s Htg & cooling
