The Krueger Brother construction company replaced my siding on my house Jr, Daniel, Josh T, and Jon worked really hard and were knowledgeable and professional keeping me in the loop every step of the way. If any changes were needed to be made they informed me and explained exactly what they were doing and why. They cleaned up afterwards and left my yard in very good condition. They are an amazing group of guys and I appreciate all the hardwork! Thank you again so much for make this experience smooth and painless!

As a retired licensed architect, I can only give this company three stars for window replacements. I experienced significant scheduling and communication issues throughout the project. In May 2019, I signed a contract to replace 29 *** Window sashes and three total windows damaged by the hail storm in August 2018, A job that was scheduled to be completed in two weeks, began in late September 2019. The quality of work was less than promised. On November 14, 2019, I notified them by letter with photographs concerning discrepancies and unfinished work. I repeatedly attempted to contact the project manager and scheduler to resolve the issues and left a number of messages. They did not attempt to finish the job until their accounting department asked why the account was still open. The job was finally completed on March 4. 2020, but not to my standard. I subsequently contacted the *** Window Company to correct the remaining issues.

My project was a complete re-siding of a large house with *** plank siding, removal and replacement of all exterior wall boards, and repair of window sills. The project team of Jon, Fabian, Edwin and Braydon was fantastic. The installation was done expertly and completed with a keen eye for detail. They did not leave the site until I was completely satisfied. The installation crew was professional and a pleasure to have on site. Any problems that occured were addressed quickly and solved. Scheduling projects in Colorado can be a challenge and communication was ok. I would recommend and Krueger Brothers again and was completely satisfied with their work.

We'd like to brag about the amazing craftsmanship of the siding crew: Fabian, Edwin, and Brayden (apologize if names are spelled incorrectly). These guys put in 100%, thru the cold AND during the "virus. " They made sure we were satisfied with the end result. They were also genuine, polite, and funny.
Jhon, the PM was also on top of everything; including the hiccups that happen in a project this size!

I have had a number of business dealings with Krueger Brothers, from a new roof, to new gutters, to new skylights. In all occasions, I experienced prompt service, professional workmanship and friendly personnel. They always seem to be genuinely concerned with taking good care of you. Highly recommend!

After the hail storm in August 2018 and getting frustrated with our insurance company, we contacted Krueger Brothers to see if they would be able to help us get a resolution to get our windows either repaired or replaced. Not only were they are to get a resolution with our insurance company, it was better than what we were getting without their help. The entire staff are amazing and the quality of work is second to none. We are so pleased with the completed work and would recommend them to everyone.

Company was contracted for significant home repairs. Repairs are incomplete and they are threatening to send me to collections unless I pay in full.

Krueger bros was contracted in January, 2019 to repair the roof, siding, fascia and other parts of my home after the 2018 summer hail. When I submitted the contract, I was promised an April, 2019 start date. Due to staff turnover shortly after I signed the contract, Krueger informed me they had lost the original bids from subcontractors and had to start over. The job was delayed until June. Once they re-bid, I submitted a 50% down payment in March. After the payment was made, I received no communication for almost 2 months. In June, when work was supposed to begin, I reached out and was informed that no updates were available about the job. A few days later, on June 13, an associate of mine visited the Krueger office and was told that siding materials had been ordered and that the siding work would now begin on July 15th - another 6 weeks later than originally promised. Siding removal (which included asbestos abatement) commenced around July 15th. Significant amounts of asbestos-containing debris were left on the ground. I informed Krueger Brothers of the remaining debris; instead of remediating, they worked over it - installing new insulation and breaking large pieces into smaller pieces (not discovered until Aug 20). On July 25th, I was notified by *** that the siding materials that he had confirmed were ordered had, in fact, not been ordered and were actually discontinued. Once alternate materials were selected, a new date of Aug 9th was promised. On Aug 8th, I reached out and was told of an additional 2 week delay to Aug 19th. Delayed again to Aug 21. On Aug 20, I discovered the extent of the asbestos issue. Between then and now, Krueger Brothers has attempted to complete the job but there are items outstanding including a couple areas where the asbestos debris is still present (most areas were fully cleaned), where work exposed areas of raw wood that Krueger promised to paint but never did, failed to replace an outdoor outlet (naked wire left behind), never fixed a section of fascia in the contract, left areas of siding unsealed or with gaps even after being requested to remedy by the building inspector. All outstanding items were communicated to Krueger Bros employees when discovered throughout August, September and October. On Nov 12th I received an invoice for the full amount of the job even though items were still outstanding. It also did not include two small previously promised credits for a separate soil runoff issue (After being told not to, Krueger removed a retaining barrier that caused soil to run off towards the house) and for landscaping damaged during the asbestos mitigation. Shortly thereafter, I also received notice from the owner, Michael Krueger, that the primary project manager was no longer an employee (he was the 3rd *** to have cycled through during this job). I requested a few weeks to compile all of the outstanding work that I had previously communicated to Krueger employees that needed remedy before I would settle the job. On Dec 8th, I received an email from Michael Krueger threatening to send me to collections if I did not pay the full invoice by December 13th. On Dec 12th, I sent the final list of outstanding items that I had already communicated to Michael's current and former employees, but apparently that he and his company had no record. I am also submitting this complaint on Dec 12th because enough is enough; Krueger's performance has been terrible and I need help to get the job finished and don't want my credit damaged through an erroneous collections process. I will pay in full once the job is complete as contracted.

We hired Krueger Brothers to repair an extensive list of items that needed repair after the August 2018 hail storm. The office staff that assisted us in reporting the damage to our insurance company was phenomenal! As are the group of people that have answered my phone calls and questions over the last 15 months. One crew worked at our home several times, finishing up Wednesday. Eric was the one person that always seemed to show up to figure out problems or complete the last details. So, thanks to: Stephanie, Tiffany, Gracie, Anastasia, Gina, Junior, Dillion, Daniel, Peyton, Tim and Eric.

Wanted to thank Fabian, Edwin, Chris Torres, Bibianna, and Iian with Krueger Brothers for doing a great job in the coordination and replacement of our deck and rails that were damaged in the hail storm last summer. They are a friendly, polite, efficient, and hardworking Team! And have been very responsive to our wishes. Definitely a delight to work with. Can't say enough good things about Krueger's window crew--Tex, Evan and Joe--they were friendly, prompt, efficient and went "above and beyond" in installing our windows.

After the hail storm in Colorado Springs which caused major roof damage, we contracted with Krueger Bros.We waited until Nov2016 before the replacement of the roof was completed. We have been trying to have them come out and repair a section on the roof that allows for water to dripped down our fireplace during heavy rains. We know what the incorrect repair done by them is and so does Krueger Bros. We had another roofer come out and showed us photos of the incorrect repair on the roof. Krueger Bros also placed a furnace cap on the fireplace venting pipe instead of the correct one for fireplaces. After we were informed by the other roofing company why the water was coming through we contacted Krueger Bros again. They sent someone who just applied a bead of silicone sealent to the seams and called it a day. He said he would be back the next day to replace the furnace cap with the correct fireplace cap. This was in 2018. A year later we are still waiting for the repair to be done. We have called them numerous times and they seem to answer our calls only when we call from an unknown number to them. Then the say Mike will be in contact but never calls. Weeks go by and nothing. Then we start trying to reach them through our phones again. No answer. We call again from another number and they pick up, to tell us again, Mike will be in contact. Mike has never made any attempt to contact us at any time to address this or even come out to check for himself. This is no only unprofessional on Krueger Bros. part but unacceptable to us. I will attach the inspection report and estimate to repair the incorrect repair from the other roofer who inspected the roof. Due to them playing phone tag with us for so long we didn't trust Krueger Bros. to honestly address this issue we were having and that's why we contacted a different roofer after almost a year waiting for Kuerger Bros to come out and check the roof again for themselves. It is unfortunate that we have to file this complaint when they could have done the right thing and repair what they did wrong in the first place.

The Krueger Brothers team is a highly professional and very talented group. They are very respectful of their clients and I have enjoyed working with them. Like so many in the area, my home was hit by the gigantic hail last year. I called their office and within 20 minutes, I had a Krueger Brothers team member at my house, on my roof for an emergency repair of my roof and skylights. The hail hit so hard, that it was raining in my house. They took extreme care of my property during a stressful time and my repairs look fantastic! One of my windows which received hail damage was an odd shape and they brought a Pela expert to make sure the installation was done perfectly. Many of my neighbors are still waiting for their roofers to even show up! My repairs were completed many months ago. I feel very lucky that I called the right team to get the job done. They've earned my referrals and respect. A+

Krueger Brothers replaced our roof and skylights and has also repaired the interior damage we sustained from last summer's hail storm. They are very responsive and I am confident we will continue to be pleased with their work as this project wraps up.

Krueger Brothers is a family-owned company with wonderful service! We had a staircase and steps for our deck rebuilt and installed in a very timely, professional manner. The staircase was constructed on-site, the "old-fashioned" way with skilled carpenters who took care with the deck and ground where they worked. No short-cuts and nothing shoddy about the work. We were pleased with the work and the cost was very reasonable! Absolutely recommend Krueger Brothers!

I Contracted with this company a year ago to repair Hail damage to my home. They were happy to receive monies in advance but have demonstrated no reasonable effort to fulfill their contract in a timely manner, The roofers took short cuts and it took 2 months to get them to correct the problems. They managed to damage the inside of my home while roofing and replacing windows. To get this taken care of we have experienced numerous no shows with no regrets. We are still waiting for paint, deck work and gutters.

We contracted for Krueger Brothers to do our roof and gutters. The job took 2 months. The last month was spent getting the cracked driveway fixed and trying to close on a small punch list. The last item on the punch list was to clean the tar marks left on the siding from where shingles hit the house during the roof removal. The first time out, they managed to get 1/2 of the marks cleaned but left all the chemicals out on the patio after they left forgetting a second section of siding. It took them two or three weeks to get back after payment was held to finish. In the end, the tar marks were replaced with big grease marks from the chemicals they used.

Kruger Brothers is a first rate company. James and Phil finished a repair job today. They show up on time, follow through, and do a great job on top of it. We highly recommend them as a construction company. They also roofed Our home last summer and did a fabulous job as well

My husband and I just had an amazing experience with Krueger Brothers Construction on a remodel at our home. Scott, James, Junior, Phil , Eric, and everyone that came to our house we're a delight to work with. We had heard some horror stories about construction in your home while living there. This was a totally different experience . They were efficient, polite , willing to do whatever we asked and did the most amazing job of everything!!!
