Attached is the signature form signed by Mr [redacted] choosing replacement of his failed heat exchanger on his furnace along with the inspection certificate completed by Kruchten HeatingI have attached the invoice paid for by Mr [redacted] that does not indicate a hourly wage nor does it include any warranty for installing the heat exchangers again at full cost including labor The inspection docAttached is from the factory listing furnace models that were included in the Bryant/Carrier class action law suit regarding the heat exchangers for these model furnaces? Kruchten Heating and Air Conditioning did not sell or install this furnace to Mr [redacted] He indicated to us that his son in law installed the furnace for himWe are unaware if his son in law is a qualified heating specialistThe furnace product registration was never filed? At the beginning of November Mr [redacted] called and said another heating company said his heat exchanger was badHe wanted the heat exchanger replaced and when MrKruchten explained to him that the factory would give him a $credit towards the labor to replace the secondary heat exchanger only which the value was determined by the Bryant/Carrier class action law suit? MrKruchten told him his best bet would be to go through the person who sold and installed the furnace for him originallyAt this time he threatened to sue him and told him to stick it up his as and hung up the phone on him?
