I repaired the wall weeks ago The wall is a masonry block wall not a retaining wall block like it needs to be cause they could not afford it I just rebuilt existing wall The wall is in the elements and it will get some cracks due to the weather I will not be responsible for this as time go on I will also repaint in about a week and supply the paint for free Also, I will do the driveway sealant as long as the consumer buys the materials for free I will not pay $for someone else to do repairs
I'd give them stars if I could We hired them to do a huge remodel Within one year the fireplace tiles/grout fell apart; the hardwood floors and baseboards needed another coat of varnish; and the pipes freeze in the winter in the new bathroom, and also in a remodeled bath (they never froze before the remodelI could go on and on What's horrible about this is everything fell apart after one to two years after we spent over $ [redacted] on the remodel Don't waist your money; hire anyone but KRT The worst part is it all looked great when completed But now it's obvious they do horrible shoddy work Many of the companies they used (floor, electric, masonry) told us later they had a hard time getting paid by KRT Two of them told us they were about to take a lien out on our house because KRT did not pay them on time Even though we paid KRT promptly through out the project
Business states that he already did the topsoil last year along with her nephew ***, which she paid for the topsoil I told her I would come back and do the hairline crack in wall, which I will complete by the end of August; so that it will cure better and not dry to fast and get another crack
in it Although it is not in the original contract, I will also reseal feet of the driveway and reseed only if the consumer buys the material I'm not liable for paying for materials
The business never showed up to repair any of this issues The crack is more than a hairline I feel he is not to be trusted and he has been promising to repair for a very long time If he does not repair the issues I will be taking him to small claims court
I repaired the wall 2 weeks ago. The wall is a masonry block wall not a retaining wall block like it needs to be cause they could not afford it. I just rebuilt existing wall. The wall is in the elements and it will get some cracks due to the weather. I will not be responsible for this as time go on. I will also repaint in about a week and supply the paint for free. Also, I will do the driveway sealant as long as the consumer buys the materials for free. I will not pay $1500.00 for someone else to do repairs.
