have them coming back to re-spray as well.  We had issues with vandalism.  They had to tear a bunch of pipes out, giving me issues with pipes.  I went to my attorney and we started regular washers/dryers from coins about two years ago.  I am running behind other apartments in the area with my rent.  I have a couple washers that are going bad because people overload them.  I’m still trying to get these machines fixed.  This is not [redacted]’s fault but I have so many tenants that I am falling behind.  We are paying electric and water bills but it seems there is not enough money to cover everything else.  I hope to at least open one machine back up while working on the other one.  I really hope to get these opened back up as soon as possible.  We will get this resolved. After reviewing this account, I want to note that Ms. [redacted] is 3 months arrears in her rent.  When she is this far behind in rent, I am unable to consider any reduced rent.  When she is current with her rent payments, then I will give consideration to a discount on the rent.
