Review: - Placed online order (#[redacted]),on 09/**/2013, for: 06 SMCF3AV 3A - 125 VOLTS FAST ACTING SQUARE CERAMIC SURFACE MOUNT FUSES- Sent an email via their business website on 09/**/2013. No email response.- Have not received product as of 09/**/2013.- Placed call today @ 01:34 pm to inquire status of order #[redacted]. Male individual would not provide his name, and went on to say the order was "just shipped out today" (09/**/2013) due to supposed out of stock. - When asked for tracking number, he said he would call me sometime tomorrow with a tracking number.Desired Settlement: If I do not hear back from KRP Electronics by 09/**/2013, I will make one more attempt to call for status of order. If I do not receive a positive response, I will then request an immediate refund of $15.15 already paid, which includes the pre-determined shipping cost.If I do not receive a full refund by 09/**/2013, I would like the Revdex.com to step in and investigate this matter in hopes of a positive outcome.

THE CUSTOMER HAS NO VALID COMPLAINT.
1) HE WAS NOT CHARGED ON HIS CREDIT CARD AS OF SEPT.**,2013. HE CAN CHECK HIS CREDIT CARD TO VALIDATE THAT
2) he received the product on SEPT **,2013 USPS tracking # [redacted] at 12:18pm
3) He was not going to get charged, but since he filed a complaint that was not valid, now he will be charged.....
4) The website does not give a definate time for delivery because of weekends
and we do not give instant gratification. We are not [redacted]. We also do not give definate times because items do go out of stock.The customer may assume that, but that is not our policy.

My complaint was indeed valid. After calling KRP Electronics to find out why my order was taking so long, I was told I would receive a call the following day and be provided a tracking number and/or status. There was no call the following two days. KRP Electronics should be more inclined to keep their customers better informed, especially if the order might take longer than expected. All I asked for was a status on my order because it was taking longer than expected to receive via USPS, that was all I wanted. I hold no ill will against KRP Electronics.
