This business uses false and deceptive advertising via photographs of rental homes that do not match the actual condition of the home. The home rented to me by this company was rampant with wood rot, mold and both electrical and fire hazards. Additionally, this business, at the time of making my rental agreement, did not possess the necessary rental license to conduct business. I had to move out of the house one week after moving in due to the unsafe condition of the house, incurring time away from work and expenses.
