With regards to *** comment that the customer would normally complain to him directly, how would we know this? Who is *** & what is his position with Toyota? We have complained to multiple employees at Toyota, including a manager, and nobody ever mentioned ***...is this information that one of the employees of Toyota could have shared with us? Could one of Toyota's employees have passed on our info to him? I am a claims officer and anytime someone in my organization talks to someone who has a claim, they are directed to meThat's customer serviceSomeone at Toyota must have received a "first acknowledgement"Nevertheless we will contact *** to schedule a meeting
