Horrible Company! We had a data breech on a Saturday, and upon calling the "24/7" hotline, I am asked to leave a message and someone will get back to me...! I finally got a person on the General Information number (in what sounded like India) and he told me they were closed on the weekends! Unbelievable for a data breach company to be closed on the weekend They are lying when they say "24/assistance"!

My credit card was compramised and we were told to go to Kroll Credit Monitoring Service for credit monitoringToday I logged into Kroll expecting to see a [redacted] or [redacted] report and monitor of the activity on my credit recordThey do not have that serviceI'm told that I will be notified if there are problems or suspicous activity on my accountIn the past when my credit cards were comprimisedI was able to see and verify that my credit was being monitoredToday I have no idea if Kroll is even in touch with the Credit Rating Companies much less if my credit is being monitoredI intend to contact my Credit Card Company and complaint the this is no assurance to me dealing third party involving my ability to maintain a good credit rating;l

My identity was stolen via *** Community College I had a class there over years ago and they kept my data accessible to the outside for unknown reasons It was stolen so *** offered to provide "monitoring" services with Kroll Since then, my taxes have been hijacked and it has been nothing but a huge pain in the back side I have reported to Kroll, and each month, they state that my data is secure It is one, big, fat lie Kroll does NOTHING to protect my identity or notify me when it is being used fraudulently *** was negligent in leaving my data accessible after not being a student there, and Kroll does NOTHING to make sure my ID is not getting used fraudulently

Kroll ID monitoring prevents me from accessing certain types of sites (e.g.,
Social Security). I need to terminate the monitoring account and after scouring my account information and various sites, cannot find a path unsubscribe from current or future automatic account renewal. This should not be a mysterious process-poor form, in my opinion.
