I am responding to complaint ID # *** about my company, Erie Niagara MasonryIn this complaint the customer states that my company damaged his gutter and that when he called I was rude to him on the phoneIn response to his phone call we went out to his house and inspected the damage that he
says was my company's faultWe were unable to conclude that his damaged gutter was a result of our ladder being placed against the houseEven so, however, we did straighten the gutter out and left a note that we did soIn addition, we also left a note stating that we would clean his chimney for free the next time he wanted to set up an appointmentWe did the best we could to try to make this customer happyUnfortunately, sometimes you cannot please everyone no matter how hard you tryWe would not have thousands of past customers who routinely call us with their chimney needs if they were not happy with our company and our customer serviceIf you have any further questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.
