I have been with Krit-X for many many years The owner/office manager Kathy is the contact person when you call to make an appointment She has been very unprofessional to me and has the tendency to strike up an argument I had a problem with her back in and tried to give them another chance, Unfortunately after I had an emergency come up and had to reschedule She didn't hesitate to inform me of the extra charge I would be given for cancelling the day of I have never cancelled that day of, in all the years I had them It is really sad that a family business as small as they are has no compassion towards their customers I will never recommend them to anyone

I would highly recommend Krit-x Pest Control. Lorenzo & Kathy are the owners and are very friendly and professional. From the time I had to schedule with Kathy ( She was very patient with me as I had to reschedule a few times ) to the time Lorenzo came out and did the service they were nothing but professional. Very fast and efficient. We are going to be long time customers.
