Review: I ordered 2 necklaces. I received an email stating they were in transit. I waited for approx 3 weeks and they never came. I emailed the owner and she stated she would double check the shipping information. I did not receive any further emails or information from her. I then emailed her 6 more times politely asking for information regarding this matter. My last email to her stated that I was going to report her to the Revdex.com. To this day, I still have not received my package or been reimbursed for my purchase. Needless to say, I am very very disappointed and upset at the lack of costumer service.Desired Settlement: I want the items that I purchased

This order was placed through a different company selling our items. It was not purchased directly from us therefore this complaint has nothing to do with our company.
