Obtained a 60 day warranty on the purchase of a used vehicle. Dealer argued about every repair the car needed and refused to fix the transmission when brought to the dealer on day 42 of warranty. Sold us the car with bald tires, had to threaten to report her to the *** and after two weeks she replaced only 2 tires on an all wheel drive car.windshield was leaving water into the car and she still has not fixed. The transmission is no good and she refused to fix. The air conditioner is now no longer working and she refused to fix as well. She states we are over warranty by miles, however she sent a text message prior to the sale that she would cover the vehicle for 60 days, did not state anything about miles.
