June 26, 2016To Whom It May Concern,I am writing this letter in response to a complaint that was received about my nail Salon, Krewstown Nail SpaI recall this customer's experience very well*** *** often visits my nail salon as well as multiple nail salons in the surrounding areaI
remember this day very well, *** came into my nail salon for a gel manicure and regular pedicure; it was a very busy dayHer pedicure was completed first and next was her gel manicureAfter ***'s nails were polished she kept removing her hand from the gel manicure UV machine to text on her cell phoneDuring this time her nails were not dry so she scratched one of her freshly polished finger nailsAfter she showed me what she had done due to her negligence, I offered to fix the polish on her one nail*** did not let me use my professional knowledge to fix the nail how I seemed fit and demanded that I remove all the polish from the nail and start overSince this process is very time consuming, I politely advised *** that it would cost another $to fix the damaged polish*** did not want to pay the extra money to repair the finger nail that she ruined and therefore became very angry.Upon receiving this complaint and working at different salons in my past, it is known that this customer, *** ***, makes complaints on nail salons frequentlyThrough conversations with othernail salon owners and workers, I feel as though this person is just trying to get free services as she has tried with other nail salons in the areaI do not believe that it would be ethical to return this customersmoney as a form of settlement since *** received the services that she paid forI have owned my own nail salon for three years now and have never had any problems like thisMy workers and I take pride in the services we provide to our customersPlease feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns, I will be more than happy to helpThe best number to reach me is ###-###-####.Sincerely,Annie C***, Owner
