An experience beyond HORRIBLE!!! Kressman Homes L.L.C (a.k.aKressman Design and Build) and/or the owner is a FRAUD!!! He took thousands of dollars and kept it for himself instead of paying sub-contractors and suppliersWe gave him a lot of money throughout the build of our homeHe then made material purchases on credit instead of using the money we gave himHe then kept our money for himself, lied to our face about it and left us dealing with the all the unpaid purchasesHe is a nice, seemingly genuine person but under that front is a lying, manipulative con artist I'm not just one disgruntle person that had a bad experienceThe list of construction sub-contractors and material suppliers throughout Scott County, MN that have been fraudulently stolen from is lengthy; this is FACT, just check around to verifyThe MN Department of Labor and Industries and the Scott County Attorney’s office are a few good starts to draw your own conclusionBeyond theft of funds, craftsmanship is horrendousThere is an almost humorous inability or desire to have not used or not know how to properly use a level, square or tape measureThe list of crooked walls, gaps, unevenness and just plain ridiculous construction tactics goes on and on An absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!
