When I ordered a costume the description stated size 3T-4T (the only size available) When the item was received it was an infant size months I have been calling the phone numbers and all I get is a recording that states the Magic Jack customer is unavailable I have also sent emails and filled out the form they provide on their sight and still no response

Difficult to contact for issues and bad customer service

I ordered and paid for a Halloween Costume via *** from Blockbuster Costumes
This is where we differ on what happened
Point 1: I ordered and paid for the correct size An Adult 2XL XXL 48-
Point 2: They sent the wrong size The item received was plainly packaged as a 1XL costume
Point 3: They tried to explain it off and blame me by saying a 1XL is the same as a 2XL, which it is not, and that I ordered the wrong size
Point 4: They failed to correct the mistake after repeated requests, and because I am complaining, are now saying I am committing fraud
Their suggested resolution was I purchase a new costume, and return the incorrectly sent one for them to consider a refund without them paying for return shipping or possibly having a 20% restocking fee added
I did not and have not done anything wrong in placing this order I should not have to purchase a second costume to get this resolved I just wanted to get a costume for my son

I purchased an item that looked one way in the picture, but when it arrived was a totally different style (and obviously not the same quality)When I contacted the company to point this out, they merely said to send it back (at my own expense) and I would only receive part of my money backThey made no attempt at this point to verify if what I was saying was the truthWhen I pointed that out, they later came back to tell me that they had "looked it over" in their warehouse, and it was a "matter of opinion"Everyone in the household has seen the product and we are all of the same "opinion"The picture looks one way, and the product looks anotherMoreover it is described as an adult wig but barely fits my year old! If they sell something that is not as pictured/described then they should refund it at their own expensePlain and simple
