I went to this tattoo and piercing parlour on February 6th, 2020. The lady told me she can pierce my septum. She did not know what tools to use and painfully poked my nose multiple times saying her clamp was too loose. Then she proceeded to halfway pierce my septum and sharply pull the needle back saying she didn't do it right. After ten more minutes she did again only to do the piercing extremely crooked. I asked her for a ring in my piercing. She inserted this ring and could not close it. She hit me in the nose with her clamping tool multiples times and at one occasion she slammed it down on my nose and it has now left a bruise. She kept trying to put the ball on for an hour and wasted my timeand finally I had to agree to getting a different kind of jewellery. Throughout the procedure she kept using the same needle on me after putting it out on the table and caused extreme amounts of pain. The final jewelry she put in was too tight on me and she called in her assistant and told her to 'tell' me it was right. My nose is bruised, my piercing is crooked and I have spent 1.5 hours flinching, hurting and getting various tools stuck up my nose. after all that she did not apologize but instead told me my nose is weird and hence why she could not do it properly and then knocked ten dollars off her price. I feel violated and robbed and was treated like a piercing dummy, my piercing burns and I am in a lot of pain. I need this business to be reported and their license checked and revoked as no real piercer does this. I have had eleven piercings in my life and not once have they treated me this way.
