Kreager Group owner *** and *** was paid for hauling directly and they have not paid their subcontractor. We paid the subcontractor and now we want reimbursed for his non payment.Kreager Group mailed a check but will not clear after 3 times. *** and *** keep giving excuses after 9 months.
