I purchased a steer[redacted] from this company on October 17th 2013. I received the[redacted] and hung it on a wall, via stud as instructed, on January 2nd 2014 when the steer[redacted] broke apart. I contacted the business and was instructed to send back the broken steer[redacted] and told that it would be replaced by a new steer[redacted]. I shipped the broken[redacted] on January 28th and have not heard from the company since, despite my attempts to contact them via [redacted] messaging and phone calls. I paid $500 for the[redacted] and would prefer my money back as opposed to a new[redacted], but the company stated that my money wouldn't be returned, instead they would pay shipping both ways and replace the[redacted]. This has not occurred and the company is no longer responding to me.Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would prefer a refund of my money, but would accept a replacement head instead if required by the company. At this point, if my money were to be refunded I would want $535.48 due to the shipping I paid to get the broken head back to the company.
