I have attached email correspondence with Krav M***First one dated August (subject: cancel membership) where I sent a cancelation email, this is after a phone conversation I had with one of their instructors over the phone in July that I was cancelingIn the phone conversation the instructor said they would cancel and I just need to email, so I didThey continued to charge my credit card, so I emailed and called ***in and ***inFinally I got a reply on Sept (subject: RE cancel membership), confirming that they will cancel and I have no more payments dueBUT they continued to charge me in October, once I ***in I tried to call and email (subject RE cancel membership_2.msg) but no response from them
It is not accurate that they only got email notification Sept and even more inaccurate that Chris mentioned this "day notice" after cancellationIt is very clear in the Sept email FROM THEM that there shouldn't be any more dues
Their charges for October is blatantly wrong and they SHOULD refund thatThe August email was sent, so they shouldn't have charged me in September, that should also be refundedAt the least I deserve the reversal of the October charges

I agree that there should not have been a charge for October As far as I can tell, the client was not charged However, we moved to a new payment processor in October, so I will need to do some research to determine what happened Please give us a few days to determine the correct course of action
