Review: Kramer’s Recycling Used Auto Parts sold me a [redacted] which has never worked properly so they pick up the car for repair on 4/10/2014. I have been trying to get an updated status on the repair of the car since with no response. The contact person is [redacted] agreed to either repair the [redacted] or replace it with a working vehicle. I have been leaving messages for [redacted] (owner of Kramer’s Recycling) in regards to the car and I have not received any answer. I have been without a car since April of this year. I am a disabled senior citizen in a wheelchair. My son [redacted] would use this car to get me to and from my doctor’s appointments. I have been relying on the kindness of others to take me to the appointment and when I can I catch the bus. This has put me at a disadvantage I have no way of getting around. I feel that Kramer’s Recycling has taken advantage of me. They have ignored my calls and they have my car which I have paid for (receipt of purchase enclosed).Desired Settlement: I want Kramer’s to honor our agreement to either fix the [redacted] or replace the car with one that is running. If this is not possible then I would like the full amount of the purchase price returned to me (see purchase receipt).
