Good Afternoon, We installed 23 window screens for this customer at this property on August 3rd 2016. In May of 2017 customer called and let us know that the screens had fallen out of the windows and they would like us to go out and assess the situation. We returned on 5/17/17 and 3 of the 23...

screens were currently not installed. 2 of them were on site and nothing appeared to be wrong with them so we reinstalled them back into the windows. We are not sure how they became uninstalled. The third window was missing the screen completely and could not be located. We took measurements while on-site and called customer to see how they would like to proceed. We can either build them a replacement or we can refund them the cost of that 1 window screen. We have yet to hear back from the customer on how they would like to proceed. Once we were notified of the customers concerns, 9 months after the install, we feel we have done everything we can to assist this customer.  Thank You,Ty K[redacted]
