We have sent the customer to a mechanic shop which actually is certified and they fixed the problem right after car was taken in .few weeks later customer contacted us again telling us about CEL and we told her that she can take her car back to the same shop and have them take a look at it and in case the CEL is somehow related to same issue they're going to fix it as we already paid for the serviceNot to mention we have sold the car AS IS and we have document signed by customer that says she bought the car as is from golden state auto.inc but we still offered her a courtesy inspection to help the customer out

Dear J [redacted] regarding to this complain .customer had couple concern with this vehicle .for instance water was going inside the cabin during the past few weeks heavy rain which turned out there was a clogged water drain around the sunroof which is a pretty issue with used cars specially for a years old vehicle like this one .we cleaned the draining ,and there is no more issue on that part.there was also another small problem with the car "No Mechanical" that we are currently having that one fixed aswell .please note this vehicle kbb and market value at the time of sale was around 5000$ which we sold it to customer at only 2790$
I am rejecting this response because:Though the $check was indeed received on 6/15/16, there was no title included in the mailThe title was received only 0n 7/12, after multiiple attempts to contact the vendorAcording to the ** dealer, where I took the car for repairs, the vehicle purchased from Gold State, was a lemonThe vendor did some cosmetics work, but key mechanical issues, hard to inspect or detect, were identified and needed repair or replacement,as the vehile was deemed to be unsafe to drive:- Transmission has to be redone, as it is loose...- There is an engine timing issue that needs to be fixed- front and rear lights were not screwed in ( probably forgotten after car was repainted0- the fuel pump had to be replaced, as it would not pass the DMV test- the winshield washer pump had to be replaced ( winshield washer pump was not working)- the tires were too small and usafe and had to be replacedlights were falling off and

I am rejecting this response because: the car was sold with more problems than it's worth. I am the one who was taken advantage of. The car was over priced and now it has so much work to be done it's not with being fixed. I'm not sure how this car even passed smog with an air hose leak. Yes I refuse to take the car to the "mechanic" he tried sending me to, once again because he obviously has no idea what he's doing if the problem has not been fixed at this point in time. I want this fixed by someone I trust and I should not have to pay for it. The car had problems right away, not even 5 days after receiving the vehicle. I trusted this company to sell me a decent car and at least tell me some truth. But I now realize he was nothing but a con artist.
