After working with several other realtors who solicited the listing for our home but had little success, we were referred to Troy at The Krabbenhoft Team. What a difference. Troy went out of his to make the sale of our home a priority and before he even had his sign posted in our front yard we had an interested buyer and it sold. He provided us with information that promoted the sale of our house that none of the other realtors gave us. You won't find a better realtor.

I have known Troy for most of my life; our fathers were in the military together so when my dad passed away Troy was right there to help us with the estate not only as a friend but an objective agent. He told me the goods and bads of Dad's house and what we could do to help sell it. He knew because of the location what type of buyer would be looking for that type of house and in the end he was exactly right! It was comforting to have a friend who happened to be a great agent help us through a difficult time. I would, and have, recommended him to others.

I had the pleasure of working with Troy and his team when I was in search of a commercial property to office out of. Troy and his staff were extremely helpful and an absolute joy to work with. Every time I had a question they were quick to respond and return any correspondence. This group is involved in their community and are amazing at what they do.
