Review: K&R promised to repair my BMW after telling me they were sure what the problem is was. After the 400 dollar bill was paid and I realized the same noise was continuing to emanate, they refused to fix the actual problem. After I took my car to other specialists, I understood that the issue my car has is clear. And on top of it the they overcharged me with 2 labor hours on the job that they did.Desired Settlement: I want my money back so I can fix the real problem with my car.
