The customer [redacted] stated he doesn't needed his deposit back, just the right tires, but we had given his money back the day of the incident when we realized he didn't want the tires, so we returned his $50.00 deposit to him about 10 days ago.

Review: I bought 2 (good) used tires from this business for my car and in the transaction I purchased a very good set of "take offs" for my truck for $120.00. I gave [redacted] a $50.00 deposit with a balance owed of $70.00 for the truck tires. I was to go back after the 1st of Oct 2014 to pay the balance and have the tires put on my truck. PROBLEM!!! They sold the tires we had agreed on and after many repeated calls to KPS Tire and [redacted], kept telling me he would get me a set of like, kind and quality tires. In my last call (Oct 25, 2014) I was told by [redacted] that this type of deposit arrangement was only good for 1 week in the state of calif. WHAT!?!? If the product that I purchased with a deposit, was in stock and was sold and no replacement was forthcoming, what about my $50.00 deposit? I need some sort of answer. Thank you for your time in this matter. Sincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Give back my $50.00 dollar deposit and I will make other arrangements for truck tires.
