[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My service animal is considered a service animalThere was no light in the bedroom where a pole was when we moved in I have move in pictures from that day from the realitor who did a wall through of the place before we moved inMy emotional service animal is considered a service animal and I have his paper work and certification to prove itWe have a police report for the Windows and Keystone property management t was aware of the neighbors kids throwing rocks at the house which broke the windowWe filed a report with police but took it upon ourselves to get a replacement window by the bathroomWe have a receipt for the carpets being cleanedWe left the way we moved in as mandated in the leaseThey are slum lordsI have an email staying that they recognize my dog as a service animal but refuse to refund Regards, [redacted]

This particular property was under our management as of 12/22/but the tenants began occupying the property prior on 12/01/2015. KPMM Bethlehem Div LLC did not conduct a move in inspection but the owner did as the owner lived there prior to renting it out and relocating. The property
owner conducted a move out inspection himself and reported the following:Bedroom light fixture was missing in vicinity of where they had pole.Two windows were broken that were not brokenKitchen cabinets were significantly scratched up and needing painting, as they were freshly painted when they moved inCarpet looks ok but smell like dogBedroom floor was painted to cover scratches in wood from dog - the floors were stained previously and should not have been paintedBathroom tile crackedOven burned on topOwner cleaned the unit of excessive dog hair.Antique door in the rear was scratched from dog.Tenant also owed for unpaid water bills and unpaid oil deliveries. We understand that the tenants made complaint of being charged for service animal but again KPMM Bethlehem Div LLC did not move the tenants into the unit so the charge they was for an Emotional Support Animal which is not a Service Animal. We feel that this complaint should not be posted against KPMM Bethlehem Div LLC
