Review: I've paid the debt they keep inquiring about in full over a year ago. I've sent them email confirmation of such, and continue to get harassing phone calls regarding the matter. This business contacts me multiple times a day and has even contacted my family regarding this issue. I've spoke to the same rep multiple times advising her of my complete restitution. I work midnights and get woke up multiple times by persistent phone calls despite my attempts to prove I've fulfilled my obligation to this creditor.Desired Settlement: I've requested a letter of satisfaction of debt after sending my proof of payment by email back on 10/*/2015. I also want this business to stop contacting me. Neither has happened to this date, despite my efforts
