I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I did not realize there were no refunds (not pointed out on admission) and there were no additional charges incurred by Kozy Korner for her care. This issue would have been resolved earlier if the owner had just told me this after receiving my letter. Thank you for your assistance.*** ***

resident. We do prorate residents that are entering into the home. It was also stated numerous times by the residents son that if additional assistance was needed that he would cover any charges that the facility incurred. I did not charge additionally and only wanted to provide the best care possible. The information was not accurate as for the residents health and in her best interest and health other arrangements were made in order for her to be provided the best care possible.
