Review: Placed 6 phone calls to Kolwalsky Brother to look at the driveway 1" x 20'crack that occured over the winter. I talked to the receptionist 5 times to talk to [redacted] and was promised a return phone each time. No response. Called a 6th time and asked if I could speak with someone else who could help and was told [redacted] would call back the next day. No response again. No customer service. No respect for the customer. I would expect that if there was a warranty it would not be honored.Desired Settlement: Immediate action to look at the driveway and discuss what can be done. Is it covered under warranty? Low expectations at this point
