Kowalski Tire

Review: On 1/31/15 I set up an appointment for 2/3/15 to have 4 tires installed on my vehicle. I was told that it takes 24 hours to get the tires and they would be at their location on 2/2/15 for my installation on 2/3/15. I went on 2/3/15 at my appointed time and dropped off my vehicle. I was not told at that time that the tires were not delivered. I went home because they said the installation would take 45-60 minutes to complete. I called after 1 hour and was told that they could not find my ordered tires. They said they were still looking and were going to call back in a few minutes. I waited 10 minutes and then I called back. They told me that they must not have been delivered. They made no effort to let me know when they would be available so I told them that I would be picking up my vehicle. I went and picked up my car. Since then I found out that they did this to one of my family members and to a friend in the past year. I needed the tires and this was the only day this week that I could get them done. I would have expected to be told when I went there that the tires were not delivered so I could have made other arrangements at another tire business.Desired Settlement: They should have a better business practice of honesty to the customers! This complaint should make them realize that a customer's time is just as important as their time.

It was an honest mistake her tires didn't come in, we don't just hold peoples vehicles here for fun.. we waited to see if they arrived on the truck coming in but did not .. they could have been re ordered.. but apparent she didn't want to wait
