My order got lost in delivery and when I contacted customer service they responded quickly and helped me get my product that I orderedI will definitely continue dealing with this company if they keep up this quality of fast service

I bought a shirt from BroScience but had to exchange it for a different sizeI wasn't pleased about having to pay for the exchange or the shipping, but I don't even care, because Kottonzoo was so nice and maintained open communication throughout the whole processI think I've been in touch with Daniella the most and she's been very helpful

Great customer service! At Christmas time I received a "Tupak Chopra" t-shirt as a giftThe design of the shirt is great, but the size wasn't comfortableWithout much hassle or problems I was able to exchange the shirt for free and received my new shirt in great time I highly recommend doing business with these guys

I placed an order this this company on 11/29, after week I still did not have my order I called and got the ANSWERING SERVICE, really this is an internet based company that doesn't have a customer service department? Well I had to call AGAIN a week later 12/because I still did not receive my order I received an email that my order had finally shipped on 12/and will not be delivered until 12/27!!! Are you kidding? This company is a joke I would of though they would of over night my order since they messed up, NO compensation and I paid for shipping which was fine back in 11/29, now on 12/this is ridiculous Worst company I have ever dealt with,

This company is by far the worst company I have ever done business withThe customer service department is horribleLet me share my experience with you I saw a shirt on Dom Merch and I had to have itI am a huge fan of Broscience, I saw this ***, I placed the order and here we are almost months later and I do not have the shirtI even paid extra for shipping to get it here fasterI did make a mistake when placing the order I used the wrong address, however less than minutes after placing the order I called their customer service line and spoke with a "message taker" and told that person the right addressI was told that the shipping address would be changedGuess what it was not, so the package was shipped to the wrong address Here is the worst part, you can't speak to a manager only a "message taker" who then relays your complaint to customer service and they respond via emailHowever, every time I try to reply to the message I get three errors Error 403, Everything looks normal, I type my message and when I hit reply, nothing happensThe only thing I can do is close the tick [redacted] as resolved, However I can't leave any type of message Wrong Email AddressWhen you try to submit a new tick under you account the system tell you that you have entered the wrong email addressThere is no place to leave a email addressNot even an option to leave one This company is so badIT took my wife months to get the shirts she ordered for my birthday and almost a month for the [redacted] before thatIt's sad that this company has done this to meI am sure I am not the only one, I want more product from Dom Merch but I simply wont do it because of this companyKottonZoo is the worst company I have ever used in my LIFE!

I received the wrong tank top, so I had to open a ticket on their website to solve the problemContrary to their "returns and exchanges" form, which didn't seem very accommodating, their customer service was very goodThe representative I talked to was kind, responded quickly, and accommodated my situation nicely - they sent me my correct tank top pretty quickly

Per my USPS tracking number, my partial order was "stuck" in Iowa When I called Kottonzoo, an answering service person opened a "ticket" for me and shortly after a representative named Daniella e-mailed meAfter a few e-mail exchanges, Daniella reviewed my situation and advised me that the order was stuck and she had resubmitted a new order I loved how she was attentive, precise, knowledgeable and answered ALL my questions/concerns within minutesThat is almost unheard of these days especially when companies have already taken your moneyThanks again Daniella and keep up the great work!

I had a great experience with KottonZoo Customer service Daniella *** was a great help and made sure my order was sent fast on two day shipping

I ordered a tank top during the "receive a free mystery tank top" promotionI received my initial purchase and waited another weeks until the mystery tank top arrivedIt ended up being the same design on a white tank top instead of blueIt was also on the regular tank top which don't fit me as well, not the racerbackI was hoping for a different design since I didn't need two of the same shirtI addressed my concern to Kottonzoo and they provided me with a $gift card to purchase another tank top of my choiceI'm very satisfied with the services provided!

Really fast at responding to email and they make things right when mistakes are madeFriendly service and I will continue to order more merchandise from themThanks again!
