Koss Design Remodel

Review: We contracted with Koss Design for a small bathroom addition. Per the contract, this project was supposed to be completed by August of 2014. It is now September of 2015 and it is STILL not completed. This contractor is notorious for disappearing for weeks on end with no updates, contact or work done whatsoever. The work area is constantly left in disarray with garbage, debris and equipment left in my backyard for months (now a year) on end. The crawl space was left uncovered and there is now a rodent infestation under the house. He has made so many false promises as to when this project will be completed and I am frustrated beyond belief at this point. I have not been able to refinance the property or list it for sale because of the ongoing construction so I am losing thousands of dollars when I could have removed the PMI from my mortgage by refinancing and/or sold the property for a significant profit in a hot real estate market. I WOULD NOT recommend this contractor to anybody!Desired Settlement: I want this project completed ASAP and I expect Koss Design to pay for professional rodent extermination services.
