To whom it may concern,
I am writing in regards to a bill I received from Kort, 1-26-I had left shoulder replacement surgery, at StJoe East, Lexington, Kyon Feb12, Was told to go to therapy at Kort, Georgetown,KyWhen I arrived, I ask what co-pay would be*** ***, client director, told me it would be $per visitI went for sessionsI paid my co-pay up front every timeSEE ENCLOSED RECEIPTS, Considered all paid
Then I receive a bill for $, I called them about it, they said I had not paid co-paysDidn't feel I owed this, but rather than continue with the disagreement, I paid
Now, again , I recieve another bill for $I don't feel I owe thisI don't think this office here knows how to do their billingI feel they are fradulant in their billing and I am not going to pay any moreNone of the billing figures are ever the same
I had to have the right shoulder replaced in Nov., I went to the hospital for my therapyI was
