Review: On March 20th, I went grocery shopping at Korean kroner, I mostly purchased fish and meats because of their affordable price. Among the meat that I purchased, I got beef ribs that was served to me at the butcher counter. As soon as I was done with my shopping, I went home, which is five minutes away, and I put all the meat and fish in the freezer. On March 22, I had planned to cook the ribs with some vegetable. On that morning, I put the meat in the refrigerator to have it thawed, and went out. I came back home around 7pm and took the meat out of the refrigerator to cook it. At 8pm, I took the ribs, unpackaged them, and realize that it was smelling and the covered part that I could not see was darken. Immediately, I covered it and went back to the store.

Back at the store , I explained the situation to the manager. She refused to exchange the product, she stated that it was my problem, and that she will give me half of the price of the meat. I was stupefied, but continue to explain the fact that it was not the first time that I bought meat here, and did not encounter that issue, and that they must have been bacteria in the meat. She just walk away. An officer from Montgomery county police was here, and saw everything.Desired Settlement: I believe that it is unsafe for our community to have products are handled in improper sanitary conditions. I believe that the store should be tested for bacteria. For my part, I will not go back for grocery shopping in that place. Also, I believe that I am untitled to the full refund for and damages.

The amount that of the refund is is $5.71. I would like if it is possible to also inspect the sanitary conditions because it is my main concern. Also the that the manager conduct business is wrong because she only decided to give half of the refund. The initial amount of purchase was $11.31 and she only gave me back$5.60. Thank you for your help in the matter.
