I went to two Korean Grill House locations in the GTA; one at *** W on Sep 30 2017, and the other at *** on Oct 20 2017.
On both occasions I dined with 2 other people and was charged an additional service charge, which is normally reserved for large groups of about 6 or more. then I questioned the fee, I was told that there were signs posted - there were no signs posted on the dates I visited - I checked.
The service fee was 10%-18%, and I would like to be refunded, as there was no notice for patrons regarding this fee.
This establishment forces customers to pay tips; it is not optional.
