This is a follow up to referenced Complaint ***I met with both homeowners on Tuesday to discuss their concernsDuring this meeting, we agreed that KoolCote would repair small areas on the patio where the texture has chippedAlso, KoolCote would “touch up” the minor hairline
cracks on the pool deckIt was agreed this would be done with a stain color and clear seal.We would like to schedule this for next Wednesday afternoon, weather permitting, and I have sent an email to both homeowners to see if that would be a good day for this work.
