Kool Pool Care & Repair

Keith received a pre-payment for pool services at close of escrow on our new home for approximately $550 He provided approx $300 worth of service per his own estimate fixing the pop-up and small parts of the filtration system. We gave him the check prepared by American Title after he provided these services assuming he would still work with us to provide service for the remaining $250 over-payment via pool service, etc. However,after we gave him the check, we have been unable to reach him after leaving multiple voice messages and sending multiple texts. He hasn't even called to revise his original estimate to advise he did indeed provide $550 worth of service. He has simply dropped off the face of the earth not returning calls from either of us. We advised our realtor because he did come highly recommended to her, and she has also attempted to reach him to no avail. We don't know if he is hurt, gone, out of business, etc. because he will not return our calls which is exceptionally unprofessional and disappointing. I no longer want service from Keith regardless of the over-payment. I will remove this review if indeed we find the reason for his lack of response is due to some kind of personal tragedy.
