Kool Nails

We provided full professional service to [redacted] as we always do for all other customers.  There was no complain nor request for refund when [redacted] was receiving the service and more importantly at the time when she paid for the service.  There was also no complain at all from her friend as...

well.  [redacted]'s friend left the business at a different time (about 30 minutes later), and there was no complain for that service as well.  [redacted]'s complain and the description of the situation were extremely inaccurate and unreasonable.Our employees and other customers at the business location at the time did noticed strange unusual behavior presented by [redacted].  She appeared walking and talking strangely and falling in and out of sleep when we were providing her our service.  The type of behavior that resemble drug influences. Before [redacted] paid for the service our employees asked if everything looks good and she indicated yes "everything looks good" and paid for the service happily at check out.We asked which form of payment she will be using to pay for the service, if it is credit card we will use our credit card machine. There is nothing to complain about this. After [redacted] left Kool Nails, 20 minutes later she called our business and told us she "did not like the style of the nails" and demanded for a refund.  Kool nails is a service type of business, we do not provide refund after customer has picked, accepted, and paid for our service.As a curtesy to our quality service, we do help good customers fix minor defects from time to time for free if they accidentally chip/scratch a nail polish (as an example) within a reasonable time after our service.We do feel that [redacted]'s complain is unreasonable and has no ground. It appears to us that she just want to have the service for free and that is the motive of this complain.
