Koncept

I purchased the Koncept Gravy Light that did not work. The company sent me a replacement which also did not work. I had 2 different electricians look at the lights and had them tested. They were nonoperational. The company issues a 5 year product warranty. I have never used the lights since they don't work. I am requesting a replacement light. I have left 3 phone messages, and 5 emails since July 12, 2020 and have not received any responses in any manner.
