Review: purchased a bike in may of 2012. The quick release seat bolt did not work and brought it back to be replaced. they put a new one on and that one was defected as well. I brought the bike back again and called the store multiple times and stopped in to deal with other things that I needed done and asked about the bike. The manager told me that the bike people were not there and I would have to call or stop back another time. I went to pick up the bike today and I was told they got rid of the bike. They did not call or write to tell me that the bike was done or event that they were going to get rid of it. The bikes cost was over 200.00 dollars. The store manager called me an it and threw me out of the store as well as threaten to call the police.Desired Settlement: They can refund me the cost of the bike or give me an identical bike to replace the one the got rid of.
