Review: Konstantine A[redacted] the proprietor of this business. We hired him after Sandy to rebuild our home. This was a new construction and we have a contract. he did not complete the rebuild and we were forced to complete the rebuild ourselves. he owes us for materials, fixes, and future items that are still pending to be fixed due to his negligence. I'm seeking a total of $60,088.81 in reimbursements for poor construction & materials I was forced to buy even though they were part of the contract he received payment for, and not completing the build. He received a total of $205,500.00, the contract was for $215,000.00. After we gave him $20K on 3/5 sought legal coverage and would no longer speak to me. His lawyer claims he completed the job, but I have tons of proof he did not, I have all the receipts, pictures, repair reports, etc.Desired Settlement: My only resolution is for him to pay me what he owes me for not completing his contract. $60,088.81
