Hello, I have sent several email to the coporation about them not sending me my funds for my depositI was a resident of the [redacted] ***I was informed by that office in ***, that I would receive my deposit of $no later than a monthIt's been pasta month, and no one knows anything of my funds

I first became aware of the issue with Ms [redacted] ’ security deposit refund on 7-13- Since then I have spoken to Ms [redacted] on several occasions and we have been able to resolve her issue She states that she had sent an email to our corporation regarding the disposition of her security deposit refund I did not see any record of emails but they may have been sent to the individual site It is my understanding that the [redacted] of the site did try to contact her but was unsuccessful However her refund check was processed in a timely mannerUnfortunately, her refund check was returned to our office via the post office with an incorrect address The check was located at our corporate office we promptly sent it out to her current address on 7-14-Additionally, there was an issue in resolving the amount of her deposit Our system reflected a different amount than was stated on her lease This may have been due to the transfer of information when the property was purchased We did honor the amount on the lease contract and have sent her a full refundMs [redacted] was a pleasure to deal with and I believe that she is pleased with the resolution to her issue
