I received the complaint for the first time on 03oct17, it states this was the 2nd notice, even thou it was my 1st noticeI'm wondering if you sent it to a different employee, I tried to call *** *** back but it just rang and rang and I did not get a voicemail option. in regards to the
complaint,I gave the notice to Cory Middleton the service manager(as this was a service department complaint). Cory called the customer and restated that we'd love to finish the job, but after our original estimate to fix his transmission was $the customer declinedWhile it is highly unlikely we could have damaged a trim piece, he is going to take care of it regardlessthe customer is going to schedule a time with Cory to stop in and have his trim piece replacedCory said they had a pleasant conversation, and is confident they will resolve all issues.thank you,Damien ***General Sales ManagerKolar Toyota
