To Whom It May Concern,I received a letter today regarding *** ***, complaint number *** which was delivered to another tenant in our plaza We have been in touch with *** and per her note, she has assumed responsibility for signing an agreement with our company but then
defaulting on that agreement after we made attempts to work with her to come to a mutually agreeable resolution (which is what she is requesting now). We have had approxcommunications with *** from May - June with the last one on June indicating that *** would call back with a payment arrangement. If *** is now looking to revisit this discussion, we are open to it having not yet impacted her credit.We are happy to discuss a settlement, as we have offered before, if you are looking to mediate such a resolution. We have a sterling reputation and are interested to work with *** as we have offered in the past.Thank you,*** ***
